Full Terms and Conditions
  1. Confirmation of Acceptance: These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern your entry into and participation in the promotion. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of Asda Stores Limited (“Asda”) Great Wilson Street, South Bank, Leeds, LS11 5AD, or any company affiliated with the organisation, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw including the Promoter.
  3. Purchase Requirements: No purchase necessary. Internet access required.
  4. Promotion Period: The opening date and time for receipt of entries is 00:01 04/03/26 and the closes once all prizes are won. Any entries received outside of the promotion period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.
  5. How to Enter: Scan QR code in store or Click on “More Info”, and enter your email address. Once successfully submitted, click to open hamper, then click to reveal. If you’re a lucky winner, you’ll be prompted to enter your recipients name and address. Entrants must confirm, by ticking the box, that they have permission to provide the requested personal details and that all address information submitted is accurate and up to date. If the winner has not provided the requested details or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to or declines to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize. Prize will be credited within 30 days. Entries or claims not received, incomplete, illegible, or delayed will not be accepted.
  6. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted.
  7. The Prizes: To Claim the prize, you will need to have a valid email and UK address.

  8. Winner Selection: The win probability is a completely random win algorithm based on a pre-defined win probability and uses a fractional probability to generate a win/no-win response for every entry. Prizes are allocated on a random basis from an automated algorithm.
  9. The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final in relation to the promotion.
  10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
  11. The prize winner may be required to participate in and give their consent to related publicity including their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes and/or reasonable requests to take part in Promoter’s publicity.
  12. Prizes are awarded at the Promoter’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
  13. The Promoter and/or the Data Controller may be required to provide evidence that a valid prize award has taken place. As a result, a winner’s name and the county in which they live will be provided in response to a request from a third party. If you do not wish for your data to be made public for this purpose should you win a prize, please inform us by ticking the box on the entry form. Winners’ surnames and counties may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Clearsilver Brand Marketing Limited, Mother’s Day Hamper Prize Draw, Ground Floor, Compass House, 76 East Street, Leeds LS9 8EE no later than 28 days after the closing date. Clearsilver is running the competition on behalf of the Data Controller and is a data processor.
  14. In the event a winning entrant requests for their personal data, including email address details to be deleted, the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is unable to complete delivery of the winner's prize or assist them following deletion of their details.
  15. This promotion and these Terms and Conditions (and any disputes/claims arising out of or in connection with them) shall be issued by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties to any dispute or action shall submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. However, if you are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring your claim before the Scottish or Northern Irish courts (respectively), if you wish.
Data protection and your rights
  1. By entering the promotion, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this promotion only, including contacting winning entrants and for prize fulfilment. Personal data will only be shared with third parties where it is necessary for these purposes. The Promoter’s privacy policy is available at https://www.asda.com/privacy and entrants can request access to their personal data, or have their personal data corrected, by following the process set out here: asda.com/privacy/rights-and-requests. Clearsilver Brand Marketing Limited is running the promotion on behalf of the promoter and is a data processor.
  2. The Promoter and its data processor(s) will only use your personal details in line with the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the promoter’s privacy policy.
  3. Personal data will only be retained for as long as is necessary to administer this promotion and to comply with a request for a winner’s surname and county of residence, as mentioned above in these terms and conditions.
