Full Terms and Conditions
  1. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of Asda, Asda Stores Limited (“Asda”) Great Wilson Street, South Bank, Leeds, LS11 5AD, or any company affiliated with the organisation, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw including the promoter.
  3. Enter at https://www.asda.com/groceries/event/cadbury-secret-santa-competition and complete the entry form. Entries or claims not received, incomplete, Illegible or delayed will not be accepted.
  4. No purchase necessary. Internet access required.
  5. The opening date and time for receipt of entries is 00:01 on the 15th October 2025 and the competition closes when all prizes have been won or at 23:59 on 24th December 2025 (whichever is sooner).
  6. Maximum one entry per person per day. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted.
  7. Prize: 400 winners will each win a bar of either Cadbury Dairy Milk Christmas Tree 100g, Cadbury Dairy Milk Snowball 110g or Cadbury Dairy Milk 110g (specific bar depends on availability at the time of dispatch) to be posted to a person of their choice. The entrants must add the name and address for their chosen person to receive the bar. Details will be retained solely for the purpose of mailing prize and will not be used for any other purpose and will be destroyed once prize has been mailed. Runner up prizes of cash pot prizes to be independently managed by Clear Silver, who administer competitions on behalf of Asda. Runner up prizes will have varied value, minimum 50p, maximum £2 each with a maximum of £6000 worth of runner up prizes being distributed in total.
  8. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final in relation to the promotion.
  9. The winners will be randomly selected and have instant notification of prize.
  10. Winners consumer data will only be retained for the duration of the promotion and will not be used for any other purpose. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. Visit: www.asda.com/privacy for the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  11. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
  12. The prize winners may be required to participate in and give their consent to related publicity including their names and photographs being used for promotional purposes and/or reasonable requests to take part in the Promoters’ publicity.
  13. Winners’ names and counties may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Clear Silver, [Prize Draw Clearsilver Brand Marketing, 3rd Floor, The Tetley, Hunslet Road, Leeds, LS10 1JQ] no later than 28 days after the closing date. Clear Silver administer the competition on behalf of Asda.
  14. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury, arising out of the administration of prize draws, or out of the winner’s or any third parties enjoyment of the prizes.
  15. Prizes are awarded at the promoter's discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
Data protection and your rights
  1. By entering the promotion, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be used by the promoter for the purposes of the administration of this promotion only, including contacting winning entrants and for prize fulfilment. Personal data will only be shared with third parties where it is necessary for these purposes. The Promoter’s privacy policy is available at https://www.asda.com/privacy and entrants can request access to their personal data, or have their personal data corrected, by following the process set out here: asda.com/privacy/rights-and-requests. Clearsilver Brand Marketing Limited is running the promotion on behalf of the promoter and is a data processor.
  2. The promoter and its data processor(s) will only use your personal details in line with the Data Protection Act 2018, the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the promoter’s privacy policy.
  3. Personal data will only be retained for as long as is necessary to administer this promotion and to comply with a request for a winner’s surname and county of residence, as mentioned above in these terms and conditions.
